Experience in strategic organizational planning and development. Experience in major event development, implementation, and management. Excellent communication skills (listening, verbal, written, presentation). Demonstrated experience in
fostering and supporting diversity, equity, and inclusion. Demonstrated ability to work with diverse population of students, staff, faculty, and administrators. Demonstrated experience working with diverse populations and in diverse communities. Additionally, this position requires knowledge, skills, and ability in: Cultural competency and awareness to train faculty\\/staff\\/students and build relationships within communities of color. Federal laws and regulations governing education, data practices and privacy, release of public information, equal employment-educational opportunity\\/affirmative action, etc. Interpersonal and formal relationship development with all clientele.
